Pest control

Recover unpaid service balances without handing them to an agency.

Recurring plans and one-time treatments both leave balances behind. Dash automates the follow-up, lets customers pay themselves, and keeps the account in your company's name.

Built for the way pest control gets paid

Route stops, cancelled autopay, missed annual renewals and termite or wildlife jobs that ran into four figures. The balances are small, they are numerous, and chasing them by phone costs more than they are worth.

01
Follow-up that runs itself

Dash works every past-due account on a schedule you set, by text and email, so a $180 quarterly service gets the same follow-up as a $3,000 termite job without a technician or office manager making the call.

02
Customers pay themselves

A secure link lets the customer pay in full or set up a plan on their own phone, at night or on a weekend. No card read over the phone, no technician collecting at the door.

03
The account stays yours

Recovery happens in your company's name, so a customer who falls behind one quarter can still be on the route next quarter. Nothing is placed with a third party and nothing is written off by default.

Dash customers recover 20 to 50% of balances placed, against a roughly 9% industry average for third-party agencies. Dash charges a 5% transaction fee on amounts collected plus a flat monthly platform fee, rather than a 20 to 50% commission on whatever an agency recovers.

Run the numbers on your own book
Dash is built for first-party recovery, where you are collecting balances owed directly to your own company. It is designed to operate in line with FDCPA and CFPB Regulation F standards and TCPA requirements for outreach.
